Pawnee Aviation promises to keep the integrity of the helicopters at the highest level. We commit to keeping our customers fully informed should there ever be any type of problem with the aircraft. At no time will the safety and well being of Pawnee’s customers ever be compromised.

If Pawnee or a customer find something with the helicopter that needs attention all customers will be immediately informed and advised of a course of action.

Should something be found that needs to be redesigned or changed for safety reasons Pawnee will furnish the parts for change at Pawnee’s cost.

Any retrofit needed to ensure the aircraft is safe during normal operations will be passed immediately to the builder. The company will offer these retrofits, to the builder at cost, no incidentals, no handling fees, no mark-up, just the cost of acquiring the part and shipping.

We believe our success is determined by the relationship we have with our customers. It must be one of mutual trust.
